| Payment & Delivery |

| ♡ Payment will be processed in full upfront or split in two — half before recording starts and half after audio is completed, but before delivery. |
| ♡ Audios will be delivered within 2-4weeks. (Rush Add-On is <1week) |
| ♡ Delivered audios will be in .WAV formatting for highest quality, and .MP3 for smaller file size. |

| ♡ I may decline commissions for any reason, or provide alternative suggestions. |
| ♡ Without the Private Audio Add-On, audios may be posted publicly to my social platforms. |
| ♡ If purchasing the Silver (script fill) Package: you must have permission from the author, or provide me with a link to their public script offer. |
| ♡ Refunds/Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If I am unable to fulfill an accepted commission due to personal unforeseen circumstances, I will offer a full refund. Cancellations are not possible once I have began working on the request. |
| ♡ In some cases, I may need to adjust the final quoted price based on the complexity of the commission. |
